LumeNovel offers VIP subscriptions billed through Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
All books and publications available on LumeNovel are licensed from their respective publishers and authors. LumeNovel does not claim ownership of third-party content. Your reading data, annotations, and personal notes remain yours and may be exported at any time.
You agree not to use LumeNovel for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: infringing intellectual property rights; distributing spam or harmful content; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scraping or automated data collection without permission.
Users may not upload, post, or share content that is: illegal, hateful, or discriminatory; sexually explicit material not permitted on the platform; content that infringes others' rights; malware or harmful code. Violations may result in account termination.
LumeNovel is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. SagaForge disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages from website use.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
